Have you played A Better World?

If you’re a fan of Facebook games, then you should check out ToonUps’ A Better World.  This game focuses on positive thoughts and being nice to others, so it’s the perfect game if your children are looking for a game to play as well.  This is one game I definitely would not mind my child playing!

In the game, there is the Village, the Town, and the Countryside.  While in the Village, you can decorate your house and visit other people’s houses.  You can also leave people messages in their house.  The Town allows you to buy different things for your house or your character.  In order to get money to spend in the Town you play fun games.  My favorite was the ThreeCycling game, where you match up recyclables and clear out the rubbish.  There is also a Thumping Thoughts game, where you hit the bad thoughts to get cash.  Kind of like Whack-A-Mole!

In the Countryside, you can go to the Gratitude Grotto and post what you are thankful for that day.  You can also read what others are thankful for, which is nice.  There is a new feature in the Countryside called the Heart Cart.  Visit the Heart Cart to send Hearts to all of your friends.  There are romantic, fun, goodness, and friendly hearts to choose from.  Once you send someone a heart, it will remain in their book forever, so they can always go back to look at it.  There are some really cute hearts to choose from (the cat is my favorite).  Sending hearts also awards you gold to spend later!

This game has a positive message, and would be a great way to talk about some important topics with your children.  I can see how a lot of meaningful conversations could come out of this game!

I am receiving an Amazon giftcard from ToonUps as a thank you for reviewing this game.  All opinions expressed are 100% my own.
